one year guarantee on repairs is unbeatable (with a very
reasonable 3-year warranty option), and their service is
2nd-to-none, with quick turnaround times. After the initial
repair on my very buggy Dell (which fried a new motherboard
every 6 months, just because it could), they fixed it TWO
more times within first year for no additional charge, even
though these repairs were absolutely no fault of theirs! The
2nd time, they even rejected the first 2 new replacement
motherboards they ordered as defective, instead of just
putting them into my laptop and letting me deal with it.
